Returns

If something is wrong with your order, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what you ordered (wrong design, size or color), we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send it back.

Email hello@weirdstrange.com within 21 days of delivery with your order number and a photo showing the problem.

Lost packages

If your package never arrives, contact us within 21 days of its estimated delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or refund it.

Wrong size or changed your mind

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for fit or a change of mind. Please check the measurements in the Size guide tab on a shirt’s page before ordering.

Cancellations

We begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed, so we can’t promise to cancel or change one. Email hello@weirdstrange.com right away: if we haven’t started on it yet, we’ll cancel your order for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we issue one, it usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
