How long it takes

• Ships in: 1 to 6 business days.
• Delivery: 2 to 5 business days within the United States once it ships.

Most orders arrive 3 to 11 business days after they’re placed. Carriers slow down around the holidays, so order early.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only for now.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from what’s in your cart and where it’s going, before you pay. Any free shipping offer is shown in the cart and at checkout while it runs.

Orders with more than one item

An order with several items may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll get an email with a tracking link. If it hasn’t moved in a week, or says delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address?

We begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed, so if the address is wrong, email hello@weirdstrange.com right away: once we’ve started on your order we can’t change it. If a package comes back because the address was entered wrong or incomplete, we can send it again once you pay for the replacement and shipping, or refund the price of the items (not shipping).
